Simulations for Education

A world-class top 10 Business School was running a prestigious international programme and needed a fresh approach to introducing managers to strategic implementation. We helped design a short programme that contrasted traditional problem analysis with thinking about how the fundamental resources of a business are built up and depleted over time. We wrote and developed a new case study to illustrate the points and built a complementary simulation that the participants could use to explore the principles in their own time. The programme now runs biennially.
